02 - 1 large bunch fresh basil leaves

06 - Sea salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
09 - Flaky sea salt
# How to Prepare:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
02 - Drain and pat dry the mozzarella balls.
03 - On a large round serving platter, alternate cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a circular wreath shape, leaving space in the center.
04 - Tuck fresh basil leaves between the tomatoes and mozzarella to create a lush, green appearance.
05 - Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil evenly over the wreath.
06 - Lightly season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
07 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over the wreath for sweetness and color contrast.
08 - If desired, sprinkle toasted pine nuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt over the wreath.
09 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
