# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a treat but sneaks in powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients without any bitterness.
  • You can make it in under five minutes with just a blender and a handful of simple ingredients.
  • The natural sweetness from mango and banana means you barely need any added sugar.
  • It works beautifully as a breakfast, snack, or post-workout refresher.
02 -
  • Use frozen mango or banana if you want a thicker, frostier texture without needing ice that waters it down.
  • Fresh ginger is way more vibrant than ground, but if you use ground, start with just a pinch because it's more concentrated.
  • Turmeric stains like crazy, so rinse your blender right away and avoid wearing white while you make this.
03 -
  • Always taste your mango first, if it's super ripe and sweet you won't need any added sweetener at all.
  • Blend on high for at least 30 seconds to make sure the turmeric and ginger are fully incorporated and you don't get any gritty bits.
  • If you're using fresh turmeric root instead of powder, wear gloves because it will stain your fingers bright yellow for days.
