# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like vacation but requires zero cooking, just smart assembly.
  • The creamy hummus and salty feta create a flavor combo that makes you forget youre eating vegetables.
  • You can make it in your pajamas before work and it travels beautifully without getting soggy.
  • It satisfies that craving for something fresh and filling without weighing you down.
02 -
  • Warm your tortillas for 10 seconds in the microwave before rolling, it makes them way more pliable and prevents tearing.
  • Don't skimp on draining the roasted red peppers, excess moisture is the enemy of a good wrap and will make it fall apart.
  • If you're making these ahead, wrap them tightly and store seam-side down so they hold their shape in the fridge.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to slice your wraps cleanly without squishing the filling out the sides.
  • Toast your tortilla lightly in a dry skillet before assembling for a little extra flavor and texture contrast.
  • If your wrap feels too thick to roll, you've probably overfilled it, scale back the ingredients by about a third and try again.
