# How to Prepare:

- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and allow it to rise in a warm place for 45 to 60 minutes until it doubles in size.
- In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg. Fold in the thawed and drained chopped spinach until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two portions: a larger one for the ring and a smaller one for the antlers. Roll the larger portion into a thick rope and shape it into a ring approximately 9 inches (22 cm) in diameter; place it on the baking sheet. Shape the smaller portion into long branched antlers and attach them securely to the ring. Carefully slice a slit along the top of the ring without cutting through, then gently fill the cavity with the prepared spinach dip.
- Brush the entire dough surface with the beaten egg to achieve a golden crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown, cooked through, and the spinach dip is bubbling.
- Optionally, arrange cherry tomatoes or olives on the bread to represent the reindeer's eyes and nose, enhancing the festive appearance.
- Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart the bread and enjoy the creamy spinach dip simultaneously.
