# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
04 - Add the honey to the creamed mixture and blend until fully combined.
05 - Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
06 - Add the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
07 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface.
08 - Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
09 - Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
