07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
09 - Pinch of red chili flakes

# How to Prepare:
01 - Process cauliflower florets in food processor until rice-like texture forms. Work in batches if necessary.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook 2-3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook 1 minute to release spice aromatics.
05 - Add riced cauliflower and salt. Toss to coat evenly with spices. Cook 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
06 - Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and fresh herbs. Toss to combine.
07 - Taste and adjust salt if needed. Serve warm as side dish or base for main courses.
