# How to Prepare:

02 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender while maintaining a crisp texture. Avoid overcooking.

05 - Remove pan from heat. Add prepared pesto and toss gently to evenly coat zucchini noodles and tomatoes.
06 - Serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The pesto clings perfectly to the zucchini noodles, making every forkful vibrant and flavorful.
  • No heavy carbs, just fresh veggies that keep you light on your feet and satisfied.
02 -
  • If you overcook the zucchini, they turn limp and lose their fresh crunch—keep an eye out!
  • Adding pesto off the heat preserves its bright color and keeps it from separating.
03 -
  • If your pesto turns out thick, add a splash of pasta water or lemon juice for perfect texture.
  • Chilling the noodles briefly before sautéing keeps them extra crisp.
