# What to Use:
→ Pastry
01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (8.8 oz)
→ Filling
02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
→ For Brushing
05 - 1 egg, beaten
# How to Prepare:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Spread sliced salami evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle grated cheddar on top.
04 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log, then slice into 16 equal pieces.
05 - Place scrolls cut side up on the prepared baking tray.
06 - Brush the tops of the scrolls with beaten egg to promote browning.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
