01 - 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

05 - 8 slices cheddar cheese

06 - 60 ml (4 tbsp) cream cheese, softened
07 - 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
08 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard

09 - 30 g (1 cup) baby spinach leaves
10 - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
# How to Prepare:
01 - Arrange bread slices on a clean surface and flatten gently with a rolling pin.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - Evenly coat each bread slice with a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Place one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese on each bread slice.
05 - Top the meats and cheeses with several baby spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips.
06 - Roll up each slice tightly from one edge to form a log.
07 - Trim the ends of each roll, then cut into three equal pieces.
08 - Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut each piece into a star.
09 - Arrange star-shaped roll-ups on a platter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
