→ Dressing

10 - 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

15 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
16 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then dice or shred.
02 - In a large bowl, combine mixed baby greens, shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, and green onions.
